FJ Zam meets all requirements for OSHA standards and practices for every restoration or new construction project we complete.
FJ Zam employees are required to maintain OSHA 10 certification or higher. In addition, all field foremen must maintain OSHA 30 certification.
Certifications
Safety is a critical component of everything we do. The following certifications are adhered to, as required, for all applicable projects.
• Suspended Scaffolding (swing stage)
• Stationary Scaffolding
• Boom and Scissor Lift
• CPR and First Aid
In-House Safety Practices
Field employees are required to meet all job-specific certification and OSHA safety standards.
Field employees are required to attend FJ Zam safety meetings at least once every quarter.
Safety training is mandatory for all new field employees during their introductory period.
Daily inspections are required for all foremen and crew members, including scaffolding, aerial lift, full-body harnesses, lanyards, self-retracting, and vertical lifelines.
Weekly on-site “toolbox” meetings are required for foremen and crew members.
FJ Zam provides Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) safety binders to cover required safety topics and scheduled safety meetings for each project.
